I focus on Early Childhood Development, Adoption and Adoptee Experiences, and Parent Support. Children are not "mini-adults," no matter how much they may try to convince us! They are constantly changing, growing, and evolving—rapidly developing new skills every single day. Just think about it: they can triple in size and abilities within a year! What makes this journey even more challenging is that children primarily learn, grow, and communicate through play.
