About me
My therapeutic approach is warm and collaborative, blending techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to meet the unique needs of each client. I believe that healing is not a “one size fits all” process; therefore, I don’t think a single approach works for everyone, but an eclectic approach is most helpful. I understand how important it is to feel supported as you navigate your journey. My goal is to create a nurturing environment that fosters growth, healing, and a touch of humor, so you can embrace a life that feels steadier, more connected, and genuinely your own.
I work under the direct supervision of Dr. Matt Heiner, a licensed psychologist, and practice as a postdoctoral psychology trainee. Since 2009, I’ve been gaining experience in the field, working with children, adolescents, and teens. I have specialized training in mood disorders, trauma-informed care, anxiety, and ADHD.
