I am a postdoctoral psychology trainee working under the direct supervision of Dr. Matt Heiner. I have experience working with children and adolescents struggling width anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My approach to therapy is rooted in warmth and collaboration, reflecting my genuine desire to support you on your journey toward healing and understanding. I recognize that healing is not a "one size fits all" experience—each person's path is unique. That's why I believe an eclectic approach, tailored to your individual needs, can be the most effective. I understand that confronting mental health challenges can feel incredibly daunting and overwhelming.
