About me
Whether you are seeking a brief, solution-focused consultation or more in-depth psychotherapy for personal growth, resolving past trauma, or breaking unhealthy personal or relationship patterns, my goal is to help you achieve the results you are seeking in a confidential, comfortable, nonjudgmental setting. My practice is a full-service, psychological consulting practice. I offer individual, couples, and other types of relationship therapy, and I have experience helping all ages and diverse backgrounds. I also offer Dating Coaching, Relationship Coaching, & Pre-Marital Counseling to help you achieve more successful connections.
I am a Licensed Psychologist in Texas, specializing in Clinical & Forensic Psychology providing psychotherapy to clients anywhere in Texas. I also provide Dating, Relationship & Sex Coaching as well as other Life Coaching to clients all over the world.
I have been helping people improve their lives for over 30 years. I work with a variety of goals and concerns but also have special expertise in the areas of PTSD/Trauma Resolution & Sexual Trauma. I have extensive experience helping individuals with Complex Post-Traumatic Stress (C-PTSD) in the areas of childhood sexual trauma (and other familial child trauma) as well as individuals who have experienced multiple sexual traumas over their life. In addition, I have been working with veterans since 1988, who have struggled with combat-related and other military-associated traumatic experiences.
My other domain of specialities includes Divorce & Singles issues, Dating Coaching, Couples, Sex therapy, & any difficulties related to sex, porn, or infidelity/affairs.
While consultations in my office are available, I also offer phone and video sessions. Most of my clients use a combination of session types for their convenience. I will also provide therapy intensives (multiple hours - in office or alternate location) for dating coaching, extended couples work, trauma resolution, anxiety/phobias, crisis intervention & other concerns).
