As an experienced clinical psychologist, my focus is on helping clients navigate childhood and adult traumas, conflicts in relationships, and various relationship challenges. I take pleasure in working with individuals dealing with complex trauma and co-occurring personality disorders, in both individual and couples therapy. My aim is to assist individuals and couples in improving their communication skills, managing their emotions better, boosting their resilience to stress, and changing unproductive behavior patterns.

I aim to create a safe, inviting, and non-judgmental space for clients to openly discuss their vulnerabilities and difficulties. Recognizing that sharing personal stories with a new person can be challenging, I prioritize building rapport with individuals and couples before delving into more profound issues, reassuring them that there is no concept of 'right' or 'wrong.' I believe that relationships—whether with parents, siblings, friends, or our own self-view—play a crucial role in our lives. Consequently, my approach will focus on the dynamics within your relationships, the challenges you face, and elements such as self-confidence and self-criticism. I am also particularly interested in how complex trauma shapes personality development and may lead to various personality disorders, which is a main focus of my work with clients.
