About me
Dr. McRitchie is an experienced clinical psychologist and marriage and family therapist who specializes in helping couples rebuild their communication and sense of connection and individuals in developing a sense of meaning and purpose in their lives.
Dr. McRitchie can help with the 'what ifs' that led you to search for a therapist! What if I didn't feel so lost? What if I didn't feel this way? What if my partner and I were on the same page, heading in the same direction? What if my child could just get back on track? What if the weight I am carrying each day was just a little bit lighter? If you have ever asked yourself questions like these, Dr. McRitchie can help.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming and we can often feel stuck with no idea of how to move forward. Feeling this way does not mean we have failed or are broken, it simply means we need a new perspective, a new direction, or a helping hand.
Dr. McRitchie has developed a structured 10-12 week couples therapy program that focuses on helping couples to rebuild trust, increase their sense of connection, and improve their communication. This program is tailored to meet each couples unique needs and has helped countless couples successfully navigate difficulties related to infidelity, infertility, family relocation, and co-parenting.
