I know it’s not a matter of IF life will get unbalanced and messy; it’s more a matter of WHEN that will happen. I get it! I know you have been doing your best to handle things on your own, but you deserve the support to succeed and thrive in life, not just having to coast the best you can. My role as a counselor is to walk alongside you and help sort through things when the mess seems too much for one person, parent, couple, or family to handle. You don’t have to go through this alone.

Holding myself accountable to provide the highest quality of services possible is incredibly important to me personally. Due to this, I continued my education to complete my Doctorate in Professional Counseling with a focus in Sex and Sexuality. This degree included advanced clinical training skills as well as how to utilize research to enhance care.

I believe that when you leave my counseling office, you should be able to leave with insight and skills that are practical and applicable in your daily life. I know that you have a home you go back to, and I want to make sure the change and goals we work on are things that can be attainable. I am looking forward to meeting with you in the near future!
