About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and trauma, drawing on evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs.
My practice centers on creating a safe, affirming space where you can explore communication patterns, process grief from major life transitions, and build resilience. I have particular expertise supporting clients experiencing social anxiety, panic, isolation, mood disorders, and the lasting impacts of trauma and abuse. I also work with individuals facing midlife transitions, chronic pain, and the complex emotions surrounding discrimination and prejudice.
I'm committed to honoring your whole self—your identity, values, and lived experience. As a therapist of color, I bring cultural awareness and responsiveness to our work together. I believe in meeting you where you are with genuine care, curiosity, and respect.
Taking the first step toward therapy requires courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
