I am an experienced EMDR Therapist dedicated to helping clients with trauma, anxiety, depression and relationship issues.
Liberation Counseling is a private counseling practice that treats adolescents, individuals, and couples utilizing Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Emotional Focused Therapy for Couples, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based, and Strength-Based approaches to provide mental health healing.
