About me

I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to providing compassionate, ethically grounded care through both traditional and biblical counseling, with a focus on treating individuals who have experienced trauma, grief, and loss, as well as those navigating perinatal mental health disorders, military culture, deployment, and family life.

Donnulette Dulaney is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Supervisor and the founder of New Beginnings Christian Counseling, a faith-based private practice dedicated to supporting individuals and families through evidence-informed and spiritually grounded care. With a Master of Science in Counseling and years of clinical experience, Donnulette provides services that thoughtfully integrate Christian values with evidence-based therapeutic principles.

With additional training and experience in trauma, grief, and loss, Donnulette offers compassionate support to clients navigating challenging life experiences. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach used to address trauma and distressing events.

Donnulette is registered with Postpartum Support International (PSI) and has received further training in perinatal mental health disorders. She is also a registered provider with Star Behavioral Health Providers (SBHP), through which she has completed specialized training to work effectively with military populations and their loved ones.

In addition to her clinical work, Donnulette is an approved continuing education provider by the Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Health, offering professional development opportunities for fellow mental health professionals.

Donnulette offers both traditional and biblical counseling, providing clients the option to include their faith as part of the therapeutic process. She has experience working with church leaders, ministry teams, and members of the faith community, helping them navigate emotional and spiritual challenges while maintaining balance in their personal, professional, and spiritual lives.

At the heart of Donnulette’s approach is a commitment to building a respectful and supportive therapeutic relationship where clients can grow emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. She holds a deep belief in the possibility of healing and personal transformation, guided by faith and professional care.
