About me

Welcome! I am Dr. Donna R. Pritchard, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) degree and nearly 15 years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and supportive space where you feel heard and understood while using evidence-based practices and, when desired, Christian principles to help you move toward healing, resilience, and greater peace.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) degree, specializing in trauma-informed care and holistic emotional wellness. For the almost 15 years, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and significant life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in the understanding that each person's experiences, values, and needs are unique. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused interventions, and mindfulness techniques. For clients who desire faith-based counseling, I thoughtfully integrate Christian principles, Scripture, prayer, and Christian mindfulness into the therapeutic process to support emotional and spiritual well-being.
I believe therapy provides a supportive space to better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress, strengthen healthy coping skills, and develop greater confidence and resilience. My goal is to help clients address present challenges while recognizing their existing strengths and developing practical tools that support meaningful and sustainable change.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, or a major life transition, you do not have to navigate these challenges alone. Healing and personal growth are processes, and I am committed to providing a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment as you work toward greater emotional wellness, resilience, purpose, and peace.
If you are ready to begin your journey toward healing and growth, I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you.
