About me
I'm a licensed therapist in Texas with a passion for supporting clients through life's most challenging moments. I work with children, teens and adults.
My experience spans a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, and anger management. I'm particularly skilled at helping clients navigate trauma, grief, and major life transitions—whether that's divorce, career changes, or midlife questions about purpose and direction.
I specialize in supporting clients with complex emotional patterns, including codependency, attachment issues, self-harm, and the aftermath of domestic violence. In addition I would with clients that have or are facing workplace challenges.
My approach is grounded in compassion and practical support. I believe therapy works best when we collaborate openly, building understanding and developing tools that help you move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion. Whether you're working through grief, rebuilding after loss, or simply seeking to understand yourself more deeply, I'm here to walk alongside you with genuine care and respect.
