Starting therapy can be a big step, and I congratulate you on taking the first move toward meaningful change. As a compassionate and experienced online counselor, I specialize in helping adults and teens navigate anxiety, depression, stress and life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your challenges, gain new insights and build confidence to move forward. I believe in the power of human resilience and will take a collaborative approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs.

I hold a Masters in Counseling at Loyola College in Baltimore. I have 16 years' experience as a School Counselor and five years working online with adults and teens.

My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Gesalt Therapy. Both approaches are practical in dealing with specific problems. CBT involves the therapist and client work collaboratively to build a strong rapport that is crucial in the process. Gesalt Therapy helps clients to become more aware of specific issues which is so crucial to change.

You have taken the first step. The online platform works well with many peoples busy schedules. My office hours are on the weekends and weeknights during the school year. In June and July I have morning, late afternoon and weekend availability.
