About me
I am a therapist for individuals, couples, and families and view this as a collaborative process. All of us experience struggles in life. If you find that coping with these struggles is more difficult than you ever imagined; you may want to consider therapy. A safe, understanding, empathetic, and confidential environment is provided so that we can explore your concerns. It is an honor to listen to the experiences and stories that my clients are willing to share.
Some of my clinical experience includes working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, relationship issues, marriage conflict, family conflict, anger issues, self-esteem issues, sexual abuse, and grief and loss.
I enjoy working with a variety of people. I have experience working with clients of the LDS faith. I am also LGBT+ affirmative.
