About me
I work with clients that present with a variety of issues - depression, anxiety, addiction - often stemming from underlying issues with codependency, low self-worth, family of origin issues, and unresolved trauma. I see individuals, couples, and adolescents. If appropriate, I like working with clients in a group setting where peer support and identification with others help clients feel less misunderstood, alone or different.
I've done a lot of work on myself and have a lot of empathy for those in need of nurturance, support and guidance. The work I've done with the gifted therapists I've seen over the years has transformed the way I think, behave, live and love. I believe you can learn new ways and grow and change too! It's never too late to make things better.
