About me
I train and supervise an outstanding treatment team at my clinic, Shorehaven Behavioral Health, which has stellar reputation for psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, child and adolescent behavior problems, trauma, couples, and families, and more. 50 years of experience training, teaching, and treating psychotherapists, and supervising therapists to meet the needs of our community. We help you set and achieve goals for improvement and recovery from most mental health AND substance abuse (alcohol, opioids, cannabis, cocaine, and more). We are trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapist), Psychoanalytic Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Family Therapy, Marriage Therapy (couples), and other major evidence-informed therapies.
