About me
For over 15 years, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside people through some of the most challenging and meaningful moments of their lives. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri, my role is not to “fix” anyone — it’s to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your inner strength, and create the changes that matter most to you. I believe that healing doesn’t always come from having the right answers — sometimes, it begins with the right questions, honest reflection, and the courage to show up just as you are.
What I offer is more than therapy — it’s a collaborative partnership grounded in trust, honesty, and respect. I meet you where you are, and together we’ll work toward where you want to be — one step, one insight, and one choice at a time.
Life can be heavy sometimes — full of stress, doubt, or pain that’s hard to carry on your own. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
