About me
I am an experienced child and family psychotherapist who is dedicated to helping people of all ages and across all demographics with issues of anxiety, coping skill management, mood symptoms, and work through life transitions/stressors.
My specialty and expertise aims to serve patients who struggle with anxiety disorders, life transitions and struggles with managing stress. I also am passionate about working with new parents and assisting in the transition into parenthood. I work with children, teens and adults of all ages and in all stages of life.
My therapeutic approach includes education about different mental health struggles with mindfulness, grounding, and meditation practices.
My approach is very collaborative in the way that we will utilize our time to focus on your most pressing concerns and we will work together to identify those and co- create a therapeutic plan for treatment and progress that feels comfortable for the client and that travels at the pace of the client’s readiness.
