I am a bilingual licensed clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience. I have post-doctoral training in neuropsychological, behavioral medicine, and rehabilitation psychology and have experience with a variety of settings and clinical presentations. I provide individual & family therapy to adults and elderly in office or online. I also provide neuropsychological testing, capacity evaluations, cognitive rehabilitation, executive skills training, caregiver education/intervention with evidence-based approaches. In addition, I have years of experience with consultation and supervision of early career professionals.
My practice focuses on providing a tailored and comprehensive treatment approach that considers emotional, cognitive, behavioral, family and lifestyle factors. In addition to treatment of depression, anxiety, stress management, life transitions, executive dysfunction, pain, insomnia and more, I specialize in working with individuals with chronic illness, acute medical conditions, traumatic injuries, brain injury, stroke, and dementia. Neuropsychological testing when needed, is tailored to the presenting situation and used to assist with recommendations and treatment plan. I also offer specialized testing such as capacity evaluations and assessment of executive funtioning skills.
Starting therapy can be difficult for many. This is why I offer a complimentary telephone consultation to answer questions and determine if I am a good fit for your needs.
