Counseling for over 18 years, I have had the privilege to journey with clients to overcome their personal or professional challenges. My doctoral training in 2003 specialized in neuropsychology enhances a mind, body & spiritual approaches in treatments to help alleviate or resolve depression and/or anxiety for an enriched lifestyle and brighter future. Forensics psychology training in 2006, further fosters an astute & integrative approach for issues of abuses & neglect or self-love issues. I hope to have the opportunity to encourage you in embracing strong coping skills, healthy relationships, while sensitively, challenging any unhealthy behaviors or negative outlook to have peace & joy in seasons of life!
