I’m a seasoned psychotherapist with nearly three decades of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based methods such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation.
