About me
A neurodivergent specialist with a passion to work with adults 18+ who struggle in relationships, the work place and "fitting in". I have a Holistic and Compassion-focused approach to therapy that my clients tell me is very comfortable and non-judgmental.
My guiding philosophy is that everyone seeks a better life. This perspective shapes how I approach my work with individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and other mental health challenges. As a relationship expert, I’ve helped clients and couples navigate misunderstandings and achieve clarity. Through effective communication skills, coping strategies, and mindfulness techniques, I strive to help my clients build a fulfilling life. I specialize in Somatic Experience Therapy, focusing on the treatment of PTSD and complex trauma, including both acute and childhood trauma.
Additionally, I hold certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which is particularly effective for addressing addiction, anxiety, and ADHD symptoms. My approach is both holistic and compassion-focused, creating a comfortable and non-judgmental space for my clients. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
