About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging experiences. My work centers on creating a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients, and I bring deep expertise in trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, and related concerns.
I specialize in helping people navigate isolation, grief, shame, and the lasting effects of trauma—including sexual assault, domestic violence, and military-related experiences. I also work with individuals managing mood disorders, chronic pain, self-harm, personality challenges, and family dynamics. My approach is grounded in understanding how these interconnected struggles show up in people's lives.
I'm committed to meeting you where you are with compassion, respect, and genuine care. Whether you're processing past trauma, managing present struggles, or both, I believe healing happens in relationship—in a space where you feel truly seen and supported. I draw on evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs and pace.
Taking the step to seek support takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
