I have experience in a variety of areas including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, behavioral issues, self-esteem, and trauma. I use an integrative approach to counseling, utilizing techniques such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to meet your individual needs.
