About me
Welcome! I am glad you are here. I am a compassionate, down-to-earth therapist committed to supporting individuals through healing, growth, and emotional stability. I work with clients who feel overwhelmed by intense emotions, mood swings, and patterns they struggle to break. Many of my clients are seeking structure, clarity, and practical tools to better manage their emotions, improve relationships, and create a more grounded life.
My professional background includes experience working in school-based settings, substance use treatment, community-based services, and Multi-Systemic Therapy (DJJ). Through these roles, I have supported adolescents, adults, and families navigating behavioral challenges, emotional intensity, family conflict, life stressors, and involvement with complex systems. This experience has strengthened my understanding of how trauma, environmental stressors, and unmet emotional needs impact behavior, relationships, and coping patterns.
I specialize in helping individuals manage emotional highs and lows, reduce impulsive reactions, improve relationship patterns, and develop healthier coping strategies. I understand how trauma, stress, and life experiences can influence mood and behavior, and I help clients build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and create more stable, balanced lives.
My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I use evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness to help clients build coping skills, strengthen boundaries, and improve emotional balance. Therapy with me is structured yet flexible, focusing on practical tools that support lasting change and personal growth.
I believe you deserve a space where you feel understood, supported, and safe to grow. My goal is to walk alongside you as you unpack your experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with your sense of self. If you're ready to feel more grounded, improve your relationships, and create meaningful change, I'm here to support you. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
