About me

I am an experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist dedicated to helping adults overcome anxiety, trauma, depression, and life’s challenges while building the skills needed to heal, grow, and thrive.

I obtained my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from MacMurray College and my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. The focus of my practice is dedicated to finding resolution to internal/external conflicts, building healthy relationships, learning healthy coping skills and guidance toward a happy, healthy, more productive lifestyle for all my clients. I use an integrative, client-centered approach tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. My practice incorporates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, EMDR, and Behavioral Activation. Together, we’ll work to understand patterns, process difficult experiences & develop healthier coping strategies.

My clients (MO, VT, OH, & FL) are individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or struggling with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, family conflict, grief, stress, or major life transitions. Many come to therapy seeking a safe and supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, I help clients explore their experiences, build healthy coping skills, process difficult emotions, and develop greater self-awareness and confidence. Starting therapy can feel exciting, uncomfortable, or even a little intimidating- and that's completely normal. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can be yourself and begin exploring what brought you to therapy.
During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what you're currently experiencing. We'll talk about your concerns and your goals

Reaching out for support can feel difficult, but you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, or simply feeling overwhelmed, therapy can provide a safe space to feel heard, supported, and understood. Healing takes time, and taking the first step is a meaningful act of selfishness.

I believe that throughout our lives, we all experience difficult situations and life transitions that are life-changing and sometimes life shaking. It's at this time we need unbiased guidance to help us overcome. Counseling is the process of embracing healing through honest reflection and discovering hope.
My therapy sessions are designed to strengthen your confidence, and assist you in the healing process.
