Over the past 13 years my work as a Psychotherapist, has guided clients through their personal healing journeys on communication issues, substance abuse recovery, and trauma. I'm dedicated to teaching clients healthy coping skills, healing from past and current life tribulations, while discovering the healthiest adaptation of themselves.
Since 2008, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences. While going above and beyond to help them through all their obstacles.

I obtained my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from MacMurray College and my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. I specialize in trauma(EMDR), addiction therapy, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.

I believe that throughout our lives, we all experience difficult situations and life transitions that are life-changing and sometimes life shaking. It's at this time we need unbiased guidance to help us overcome. Counseling is the process of embracing healing through honest reflection and discovering hope.
My therapy sessions are designed to strengthen your confidence, and assist you in the healing process.
