About me
Humans Helping Humans. Together, we'll make room for what hurts and work toward meaningful change with compassion and practical skills.
Together, we can make sense of anxiety, trauma, grief, major life transitions, and patterns that leave life feeling overwhelming or disconnected. I work with adults and teens ages 12 and up. We can explore overthinking, shutting down, and difficult emotions with curiosity and without judgment, building more choice in how to respond.
I integrate CBT, DBT-informed skills, ACT, and EMDR based on your needs and goals. One way we can explore difficult moments is through Body, Urge, Meaning, and Action: noticing what your body feels, what you feel pulled to do, the meaning you make of an experience, and the action you choose next. Together, we can practice responses that fit your values while making room for difficult feelings.
My caring background shapes an approach grounded in presence, compassion, and navigating uncertainty. Therapy with me is human, honest, and collaborative. We can start with what's happening now; the right words can come with time. That's Humans Helping Humans at ReLuma.
I offer in-person sessions in Southfield and online therapy, with evening availability. Keeping therapy affordable and accessible matters to me. We can talk about fees, insurance, and options for making care financially manageable. A free 15-minute consultation gives us a chance to connect and explore whether we're a good fit.
