About me

Have you felt unsafe to speak up and get what you need and want? We clean up your negative self-talk, release shame, fortify your boundaries, and unleash your authentic self at the speed of sound!

Your voice and self-expression matter. Period. What you have to say and share in this world was always meant to help people—starting with you! And yet, so much can get in the way between feeling what’s inside, owning it, and expressing it fully.

Has your journey included a deluge of challenges that left you feeling unable to share yourself fully? Feeling unsafe speaking up, setting boundaries, or using your gifts and talents? When parts of you have gone unspoken, silenced, or suppressed, it can feel painful and confusing to find your way back to sharing them!

It is my passion to help you reclaim your voice—reclaim YOU! Together, we will work to heal, at the core level, relational trauma and violations you have experienced, deepen your intuition and trust in your inner voice, and grow your self-worth & confidence, so that you feel empowered to express yourself authentically and move in the direction of the life you prefer. This may even include stepping into higher-calling rolls such as speaker, singer, healer, or performing artist!

You may want to move beyond codependency, speak more freely in relationships or at work, or you may be quietly struggling with disordered eating, perfectionism, or a difficult relationship with your mother. No challenge or heartache is off-limits -- everything you experience is welcome to be shared and explore in our space. At the same time, you may feel called toward something greater—becoming a performer, healer, or spiritual teacher, In our work together, both your deepest wounds and your biggest dreams are welcomed and nurtured.

I am a board-certified music therapist in addition to clinical therapy, as well as a pianist, singer, and songwriter My therapeutic approach is relational, holistic, somatic, creative, and trauma-informed. I draw from somatic psychotherapy, vocal psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt therapy, and transpersonal therapy. I strive to create a space where all emotions are welcome—where there is room for both the messy and the magical.

If this resonates, reach out to me for a chat today! Let’s begin the work of healing and empowering your inner and outer voice:)
