About me
I'm a human who helps other humans- and I don't take that privilege lightly! I have been in clinical social work practice since for over 15 years and I particularly focus on people with anxiety, trauma, medical issues, fertility challenges and all sides of adoption.
Devin Richardson, MSW, LCSW (she/her/hers) is the founder of Resolve and Resilience Counseling, established in 2025 with a mission to walk alongside people navigating life’s most tender and transformative moments. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field—including direct support and healthcare leadership—Devin brings both clinical depth and human warmth to her work.
Her therapeutic approach is client-centered and flexible, grounded in the belief that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whatever you are experiencing, Devin tailors her support to meet you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and a dash of humor.
Outside the therapy space, Devin is a self-described goofball, a has-been dancer, want-to-be designer, an occasional poet, a doting mother, a dog butler, a pretty-ok wife, and a loyal friend. She believes in the power of connection, the importance of laughter, and the quiet resilience that grows in hard places.
