I am a licensed professional clinical counselor who enjoys helping adolescents and adults overcome trauma, OCD, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or existential concerns!

I'm a lifelong North Dakotan and proud to call these rolling hills my home. I graduated from the University of Mary in 2023 with a M.S. in Counseling and rolled right into work at the Dakota Children's Advocacy Center, primarily serving children and adolescents who had experienced various traumas and abuse. Next, I ventured to WCHSC and enjoyed serving adults with a variety of serious mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use.

I specialize in therapies that deliver results at the pace you need: Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for rapid trauma reprocessing, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to reframe stuck beliefs, plus CBT and Gestalt therapy for anxiety, OCD, addiction recovery, grief, stress, and growth. I promise to work diligently alongside you to develop an understanding of your presenting issues and choose the most appropriate treatment. Transformation simply cannot happen in a "one-size-fits-all" approach, which is why, from the moment you step into my office, you will be treated with as much authenticity and genuine care as you truly deserve.

For clients who would like their Christian faith to be a part of their healing journey, I am open and willing to integrate Biblical principles, prayer, and other helpful faith practices into sessions.
