About me
Skilled mental health clinician who is dedicated to helping marginalized identities process their emotions and experiences, regain their power, and thrive in the face of adversity.
I enjoy working with clients of diverse identities and backgrounds and am most skilled with those between the age of 15 and 30. My goal in providing counseling or therapeutic services is to assist clients in utilizing tools and strategies that will allow them to thrive. I seek to empower my clients and their support network(s) to develop the skills that will help them reach their identified goals. I am most passionate about equity, intersectionality, and anti-racism with an intentional focus on the impact of power structures on the individual experience. I am open to all clients, but prefer those experiencing severe mental illness (SMI), depression, anger, anxiety, work-related stress, and trauma. I am trained in the following clinical modalities: CBT, DBT, and ACT.
