I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping women quiet their anxiety, manage their depression, process their pain and find peace, especially when the journey to motherhood feels impossible.

Hi, I’m Desiree, a licensed therapist who helps high-functioning, high-achieving women manage anxiety, navigate fertility challenges, and reclaim peace in the middle of their high-pressure lives.

I specialize in working with women who look like they have it all together but inside, they’re quietly unraveling. They’re running teams, building careers, and showing up for everyone else while silently struggling with anxiety, burnout, and sometimes, the heartbreak of infertility.

I get it because I’ve lived it.

As a Black millennial woman with PCOS who has walked the emotionally complex path of trying to conceive, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work. I’ve sat in the waiting rooms. I’ve ridden the hormonal rollercoaster, and I know what it feels like to keep showing up, even when you’re exhausted, discouraged, or silently grieving.

My therapy practice is built for women like you: the achievers, the caregivers, the perfectionists who are so used to pushing through that they’ve forgotten how to slow down and breathe.
