Hi, I am Derron Johnson Jr. As a licensed therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating complex emotions and circumstances. My approach centers on helping my clients address challenges like stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues/ conflict, and personal growth, to name a few. I am passionate about cultivating a safe, supportive, and clarifying atmosphere for my clients. I have a strong background training in psychology that allows me to understand and conceptualize your presenting concerns and use practical counseling skills to help build insight, develop coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

I'm a certified trauma-informed therapist (in CPT) and utilize evidenced-based approaches, including DBT, CBT, and ACT as needed.
