I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Oregon and Washington. I have been a therapist for over 30 years and I truly love what I do. I like to blend some traditional talk therapy (like Cognitive Behavioral work) with deeper emotional work like Internal Family Systems and trauma-informed mindfulness and somatic work. I'm a believer that therapy is a collaborative process. I will bring compassionate listening, new perspectives to try out and new habits and behaviors to see what works best for you. I also trust that ultimately you know best what feels right to you and what needs attention and care in your life.

The most passionate work I do is with adults who are ready to make changes in their lives. I work with issues like anxiety, self-esteem, codependency and people pleasing as well as more specific challenges with infertility, pregnancy and postpartum concerns.
