About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with Clients 15 and up. I enjoy helping my Clients work through their trauma, grief, anxiety and depression. I also enjoy helping adolescents and adults develop and strengthen their coping mechanisms, teaching them about boundaries, making appropriate choices and learning to use their words in an acceptable way.
I graduated from Sam Houston State University with my Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Psychology. I obtained my Master's Degree in Counseling from Texas A&M - Commerce. I have been licensed since 2016. I work with individuals only and conduct all of my counseling sessions in person only. However, once I've met with a Client in person, virtual sessions can be explored on a case-by-case basis.
