About me
I'm a licensed therapist in Tennessee with extensive experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma, as well as career transitions and major life changes.
My practice centers on helping clients build self-love, improve communication, and process difficult emotions like guilt and shame. I specialize in supporting young adults, women, and individuals facing workplace challenges, caregiver stress, and multicultural concerns. I'm also experienced in working with clients healing from trauma, managing social anxiety, addressing commitment issues, and navigating adoption and foster care experiences.
I'm committed to creating an affirming, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and heard. I draw on evidence-based practices to help you develop coping skills, process past experiences, and move toward meaningful growth at your own pace.
I understand that taking the first step toward therapy requires courage, and I'm honored to support you on your journey.
