About me
I engage with individuals, couples, & families in their efforts to gain improved "mental health" awareness, education, & wellness, through a process of exploring fresh perspectives on relationship challenges at home, work; personal issues of anger, anxiety, depression, & other issues that negatively impact the quality of life. Counseling is an empowering process that can restore hope and resolve many troubling issues effectively. By tapping into resources within, you can live your life as you like, be socially responsible for your behavior, and discover satisfaction in striving to be the best self that you can be.
I strive to provide a comfortable, safe, supportive, and professional environment to foster a productive therapeutic alliance. This "therapeutic frame" is a safe space to verbalize thoughts and feelings; externalize previously unspoken thoughts and feelings, possibly too sensitive to share even with those closest to you.
