About me
I am an experienced Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges, strengthen relationships, and develop their ability to evaluate their own choices and create solutions that lead to meaningful, lasting change.
I work with individuals, adolescents, couples (traditional and non-traditional), and families addressing relationship challenges, addictions and co-occurring disorders, codependency, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, life transitions, anger, trauma, and parenting and co-parenting concerns. I welcome LGBTQ+ clients and value cultural sensitivity and respect for individual differences.
My approach is collaborative, goal-driven, and focused on helping clients discover practical solutions that work for them.
