So many of the people I sit with carry the invisible wounds of narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma, or a toxic relationship, wrestling with guilt, self-doubt, and a quiet inner critic whispering they're not enough.

I'm Denise and I'll meet you exactly where you are. Together we'll sort through the chaos, quiet that inner critic, and rebuild your sense of worth. I use trauma-informed DBT, CBT, and ACT to turn insight into real change. Faith is part of my practice, and if it matters to you I'll weave it in as much as you want; if it doesn't, that's welcome too, and we'll leave it at the door. Many of my clients are Christians learning to see themselves the way God sees them. Others come with no faith at all. Both belong here.

My work is often with survivors of narcissistic abuse and complex trauma, but I also walk alongside people facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use, and neurodivergence including ADHD and autism, with clients ages 10 and up. I believe every person can heal, that our brains are built to change, and that no problem is too big or too small to bring into this space.
