About me
I am an early career professional dedicated to working with individual from marginalized identity groups overcome adversity, step into their power, and create or maintain a quality of life that aligns with their desires.
Born in Philadelphia and raised in the surrounding suburbs, I’m a die-hard Eagles fan who loves exploring the city, and beyond; through food, culture, and connections. I recently earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from Widener University, where I deepened my commitment to healing through a trauma-informed, person-centered, and empowerment-focused lens.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, and I primarily focus on exploring how your early relationships and life experiences have shaped your present. I believe that by understanding these patterns, you can reclaim your narrative and move toward a more fulfilling, self-directed life.
I’m passionate about social justice and deeply committed to working with people of color from all ethnic and cultural backgrounds. My work extends beyond the therapy room into community engagement and ongoing research, with the goal of promoting healing on both individual and systemic levels. As your therapist, I aim to support and empower you in creating the life you want and deserve.
I look forward to working with you.
