About me
With over 15 years of experience, I provide telehealth to adults with anxiety, depression, truama, life transitions and relationship issues. These are tough issues and it can help to talk to someone. Together, we’ll create a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore what’s weighing on you, gain clarity, and move forward at your own pace. Our work will be tailored to your unique needs, helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
Therapy is a powerful opportunity for growth and self-discovery. Using a variety of evidence-based practices, I will work with you to develop skills to cope with your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. As your therapist, my role is to listen with empathy, offer support, and help you develop practical coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we'll work not only on identifying areas for growth and change, but also on recognizing and celebrating the ways in which you are already thriving, growing, and applying what you've learned. Through open, authentic communication and a foundation of skills-based knowledge, I aim to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to live with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose.
