I am an experienced counselor who is dedicated to providing men, women, and adolescent/young adults with tools to address symptoms related to trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship & women's issues, PTSD, ADHD, and life-stage challenges. I help clients evaluate their educational/college/career goals while helping to identify strengths, reduce symptoms, promote self-growth and awareness, and improve overall well-being.

I believe each and every one of my clients has the ability to learn effective coping strategies and tools to lead the desired life they dream of. With 20 years of experience in working with children and adults in varied settings, I have an eclectic approach that offers a client-centered focus to provide a unique learning opportunity whether it be brief solution-focused, trauma-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, and/or family systems therapy to name a few. We all have stages in life where we struggle, I get it. As a parent, spouses, children, team members, and community members, we all have roles that become overwhelming at times. Together we can put together a plan to heal, be heard, learn, and focus through strategies unique to you.
