About me
We are a group of experienced clinical social workers dedicated to helping adults all across Maryland (and DC coming soon!) access quality mental health care for depression, anxiety, stress, anger, bipolar, substance use/sobriety support, trauma/abuse, personality disorders, spiritual abuse, OCD, adjustment and relationship issues.
Each of our therapists has between 7-30 years of clinical professional experience, are in-network with most major insurance plans in Maryland, and provide increased access to mental health treatment via telehealth. We are Marylanders serving Marylanders and have professional connections in the community with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physicians, treatment programs and hospitals. This is a valuable aspect of our group because, unlike other national/corporate video therapy services, we can provide personalized, relevant care and services through real relationships and resources that we know and trust.
