About me

Are you struggling to communicate with your loved ones, set boundaries, manage your stress and anxiety levels, or cope with ADHD/Autism? If you are experiencing these issues or anxiety, relationship challenges, chronic pain, or difficulty relaxing I am here to support, encourage and empower you to do what you need to do to be happy, successful, and thriving.
I believe that you are the master of your own fate and I am here to be a guide on your journey. My foundations are rooted in attachment theory, I believe that healing is sacred and needs to be facilitated in a space where you feel safe, secure and seen.
I am passionate about providing holistic whole-person care. I have over three years experience providing counseling with LGBTQIA+, Asian and Latina/o/x folx, individuals of African descent, individuals with serious illnesses, and folx with disabilities. My foundations of my work come from my own personal life experiences and what I’ve learned along the way.

In therapy, I aim to build a trusting space/ therapeutic relationship for you to feel safe to be seen and learn how to be your most authentic self in and outside of our sessions. I am able to utilize both holistic and evidence-based interventions, to support you depending on what you need. I believe in the mind-body-spirit connection and want to support you in learning practices to support your whole-self wellbeing.

I love to support my clients in deepening their insight and awareness to understand the factors that are influencing them, what actions are possible to take, or what coping tools to use depending on the challenge. I specialize in supporting my clients to develop their boundaries, understand relationship patterns, heal anxious/avoidant attachments, learn healthy coping and communication skills, and learn/practice/ strengthen mindfulness skills. I love creating a warm supportive environment for healing, teaching (psychoeducation) and supporting people in accessing their own abilities to live their best life, stay present when big emotions arise, and being able to mindfully experience and embrace the present moment. I am passionate about working with clients who are BIPOC, trans/ non-binary, college students, have chronic illness, exploring their sexuality, exploring their spirituality, learning how to date/ be in a romantic relationship, and seeking support in understanding how to manage their ADHD, Anxiety and/or PTSD.
