About me
My work focuses on helping patients create meaningful change by combining insight with practical, evidence-based skills. Together, we explore what has shaped your experiences and what is currently happening in your life, while identifying tools that can be practiced between sessions to support lasting progress. Therapy with me is collaborative, structured, and focused on applying skills in everyday life.
I am a skills-based therapist who supports patients in building healthy boundaries, communicating needs effectively, strengthening self-care, clarifying core values, and approaching personal growth with intention. My clinical work is guided by the philosophy, “You’re here now—now what?”
I specialize in evidence-based DBT and ACT therapies and have specialized training in chronic conditions and pain, grief and loss, queer-identified concerns, faith transitions, political distress, life transitions, veterans’ issues, and trauma.
