I believe that there is real help and hope for all the challenges that you face, for example depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues to name a few! I am licensed and have over 20 years of experience and training in various theories of counseling and use some of the techniques when appropriate but have found that real change comes from appropriately applying proven biblical principles, faith, and Godly wisdom to meet the needs of the often complex problems that plague our society today.
There is power in knowing, understanding and believing what God says about the human being, how the thoughts of humans are shaped, identifying thoughts that might be affecting our behaviors, being exposed to other plans of action, and gaining hope! There is also power in believing that God loves you and is willing and able to help in every situation!
Transformation takes place in a non-judgmental, safe, caring, loving, hopeful environment. As a therapist, I work along side you as a guide or coach.
