About me
I am an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counseling dedicated to helping children and adults cope with trauma, anxiety, depression, and life in general.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 22 years of experience in the mental health field, which includes: providing individual and family counseling, grief counseling, crisis management, and trauma counseling to both children and adults. I provide help to both children and adults suffering from mood disorders, depression, anxiety, social skill deficits, and behavioral issues. I have experience working in outpatient clinics, inpatient settings, residential settings, Hospice, and working in Child Welfare. I received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida and my Master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling also from the University of South Florida. I am also certified in child trauma through the Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress in Coordination with the National Center of Crisis Management.
