I am experienced in working with many kinds of clients. I specialize in working with addiction and those affected by it. I work with many clients on healthy boundaries and improving their communication.

I help clients by meeting them where they are. Some clients are ready for big change, but some can be overwhelmed by too much too quickly. I offer unconditional respect without judgment. I believe that everyone gets to be exactly who they are and offer support for those struggling with acceptance, boundaries and advocating for their own needs.

I have almost 14 years of experience working with clients, and specialize in working with clients experiencing addiction, as well as their family members and those affected by it. I have a background in medication-assisted treatment and experience in educating the public about the disease of addiction and how to recover.

I enjoy working with couples, to improve communication, boundaries, and find ways to better the relationship by, not only compromise, but also acceptance and building trust.
