About me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting women in improving their mental health and overall well-being. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and have been practicing since 2017, becoming fully licensed in 2026. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, infertility, postpartum experiences, relationship challenges, and grief. My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused, with an emphasis on creating a supportive space where you feel heard and empowered. I look forward to working with you.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, trauma-informed care, and psychodynamic principles. I primarily work with women and tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals.
In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and collaborative space where we explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical strategies for change. I balance reflection with action, helping you better understand your experiences while also equipping you with tools to manage challenges in your day-to-day life. My goal is to help you feel empowered, grounded, and confident as you move forward.
