Hello and welcome, I’m glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT) working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, addiction and recovery, relationship challenges, grief, and major life transitions.

My background includes work as a teacher, school counselor, and therapist in private practice, which allows me to meet clients with both clinical expertise and real-world understanding. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and grief-informed work, while keeping our sessions collaborative, supportive, and grounded in what actually helps you move forward.
In our work together, we focus on understanding the patterns that are keeping you stuck and building practical strategies you can use in your daily life. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported but also challenged in a productive way so you can gain clarity, strengthen your coping skills, and feel more confident navigating whatever you’re facing.
