Hello and welcome to my page. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist serving clients ages 12+ with concerns such as mood disorders, trauma, addiction/recovery, relationship issues, women's issues, coping, grief, and loss.

I have worked as a teacher, school counselor, and counselor in private practice. The therapies or treatments offered include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Grief Support Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused Therapy, and I am LGBTQ+ Allied. I continuously update my knowledge base through professional development and stay current with the latest research and practices. My professional background and experience have allowed me to expand my mental health counseling knowledge by working with various clients and presenting issues. My passion for counseling is to encourage people to learn more about mental health and self-discovery.
